FUTURE IN ENGLISH

Choose the correct answer (several options can be possible).
When we talk about plans we mainly use:

Look at the pages from daily planners and talk about plans and appointments as if they were yours/ John’s/ Jenny’s/ your kid’s.

Think about a week which your cat can plan. Talk about it from the cat’s point of view.
For example:
On Monday morning I’m having my belly rubbed by my owner. After that I’m hunting that irritating mouse which lives in the basement. I’m bringing the mouse to the room upstairs, it’s a present. I’m drinking milk after that. Etc.
Now talk about you definite plans for the next week. Remember to use Present Continuous for this.
Watch a cartoon about Mr. Bean via the link provided and tell what’s going on like you did previous times. Try to guess what Mr. Bean is going to do next. For example: Mr. Bean is going to go to a museum. Mr. Bean saw a thief and now he is going to catch him etc.

Future Process Result (Perfect Continuous)

Future Process Result is used:
1.     when we talk about a long action in the future.

Remember that not all of the situations in the future are used in everyday speech. You don’t need to remember the most difficult schemes as you can replace it with easy ones.

Please, close the mind map which we have just made, think about it. Make sure that you can remember situations and examples. Draw a new one without peeking, trying to remember all of the situations and special cases, make new examples for each. This is a very important part of studying and understanding.
